Depending on how far along in your trip planning process you are, you can either reach out to us directly to answer basic questions or fill out an inquiry form based on the product you are interest in. Once your form has been reviewed, we will reach out via your preferred contact method and send over a contract. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be due when you returned the signed contract. The rest of the payment will be due at time of delivery.
This will depend on the product you chose and the number of days. Essentials itineraries will take 2-3 business days from deposit. Plus itineraries will take 5-7 business days from deposit. Ultimate itineraries will take the longest due to the communication and complexity, typically 14 business days from deposit - however if consultation meetings are required, this could extend the timeline.
Absolutely! We want to ensure you love the look and structure of your itinerary as much as we do. We will typically give you a preview of your itinerary when we are halfway through to make sure it's up to your standards. This gives you a chance to tell us what you love and what you want changed. Keep in mind, these are completely custom made from scratch, so don't be afraid to ask for anything to be changed!
To ensure we provide the best, most personalized experience, we are currently offering custom itineraries only for destinations we’ve personally visited. This allows us to share our firsthand knowledge and recommendations. We plan to expand our offerings with several new locations in 2025.
When planning our own trips, we struggled to find a service that filled in the gaps between what we had already planned and what we still needed. We wanted to create a solution that worked for every budget, offering customizable itineraries with flexible pricing on a per-day basis. This way, you only pay for what you need, and can adjust the complexity of your itinerary to match your plans. Travel days will only count toward your per day pricing if your arrival day landing time is before 4pm and/or your departure day time is after 4pm. *We will still include travel days on your itinerary.
We’d love to offer booking in the future, but for now, we’re focused on the core reason we started this service. While travel agencies can handle everything, we wanted to create a more budget-friendly solution for those who prefer a hands-on approach. Plus, with our service, you can earn miles and points on your own travel rewards cards!
You absolutely can plan everything yourself—that’s what we did! However, we know your time is valuable, and sometimes Google Maps doesn’t offer the insights you need to truly make the most of your trip. We’ve been there, and we'd love to share our local knowledge with you—recommending nearby food spots, activities, and hidden gems, so you can enjoy your trip without the extra hassle by offering our Essentials itinerary.

Absolutely! We want every itinerary to feel like your own, matching either your personal design tastes or inspired by the destination. When you fill out your inquiry, one of the last questions will be about itinerary style preference.
We get it, you find a reel on Instagram and you have to go there, or maybe you want to avoid tourist traps and have a more authentic experience. Our customers will be able to send us Instagram reels, Facebook messages, or email us to ensure we work in as much as we can while ensuring a seamless trip.
